"Lean Six Sigma Simulation for SCM"
with Paul SandellISM-Arizona is pleased to offer an informative, one-day seminar on Friday, March 23rd that will provide an active, “hands-on” simulation of Lean Six Sigma for Supply Chain Management professionals. Through active engagement of specific roles within the simulation, attendees will assimilate the key principles of Lean Six Sigma in order to develop a structured, common-sense approach to become more efficient and effective. The seminar will focus on:
· An understanding of how to use the complementary components of Six Sigma and Lean
· The Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control, problem-solving approach
· Tools that support the use of Lean Six Sigma
Seminar: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
