NAPM-Arizona monthly meetings are generally
held the third Thursday of every month. Remember you do not have to be a member
to come and join us!

Price Structure:
$25.00 - Member registering prior to deadline
$30.00 - Member registering after the deadline
$45.00 - Non-Member registering prior to deadline
$50.00 - Non-Member registering after the deadline
Reservations are required. Please make your
reservation online or by phone, fax or mail.
Reservations need to be made by 6:00 P.M. on the
SUNDAY prior to the dinner meeting. Late reservations (those made AFTER 6:00
P.M. on Sunday) will be charged an extra $5.00.
How to Register:
You may make your reservations utilizing one of the following methods. A credit
card number and expiration date are required for a reservation.
Online:
Our

Via Telephone: Call 602-253-6453 to place your reservation including
the name(s) of the attendee(s) and entree choice(s) (if applicable) as well as a
credit card number and expiration date.
Via Fax: Fax your reservation to 602-493-2006 including the name(s) of
the attendee(s) and entree choice(s) (if applicable) as well as a credit card
number and expiration date.
Should you need to cancel for any reason, you may also utilize any of the
above contact options to do so.
The credit card submitted will be charged if cancellation is not received
within 48 hours of the meeting or if a person does not show up after making
reservations.
2007-2008 Meetings
