Metrics are an
important component of how companies drive to results and influence behavior.
Companies are often obsessed with numbers but history has proven that decisions
made strictly on the numbers often lead us to disastrous results. Mr. Davila
will help supply management professionals to identify the important performance
indicators among the mountain of corporate data, and suggest ways in which
professionals can help formulate meaningful metrics to meet their objectives.
This presentation is not intended to survey performance measurement but to help
supply management professionals to better meet their objectives, motivate their
subordinates, and promote the goals of the supply chain and their corporation.
